Terrible place to buy a car. I bought a brand new 2003 outback legacy wagon, and it is a lemon. the head gasket has gone out twice, the mechanics dont know what they are doing, ive had to take the car to other mechanics to fix the mess that carter mechanics have made. Customer service is terrible, the employees are rude, snotty, and totally ignore the fact that i spent over $20,000 on a car that is a lemon. carter subaru has lost a life long and loyal fan. shame on them. i suggest going somewhere else to buy a car. buying from carter subaru is one of the biggest mistakes that i have ever made. more
