Fresh Pasta in Red Bank 3/9/2009

I have been eating at Gaetano's since it open and Tom Capella has a passsion for fresh food. The pasta is made fresh each day and he recently added gluten free pasta to his menu. I love his pizza and the brocolli rabe dishes. This is a BYOB restaurant and the restaurant is kids friendly. On Sunday they have family style dinner specials. more
