I went in to get my suit pants and they told me they were not ready yet and said they would call me when they arrived. A week later, nobody bothered to call, therefore, I went in to see if my pants where ready. They said they were unable to located my pants and to give them a few more days. Three weeks later, they have not found my pants, I did not receive a phone call and when I went in to speak to someone about this, the attendant there said that the pants were more than likely given to the wrong customer and were waiting for someone to bring them back, because when that happens, people usually bring them back. I demanded to talk to the manager/owner and when I did, she said to give her some more time at which time I told her that it had already being three weeks. She said if I would like, she could pay me 10X the cost of the dry cleaning for the pants which comes out roughly $34.00. What a scam! I hope everyone learns from my lesson and I hope Super Cleaner comes clean and does the right thing by replacing the cost the suit pants they lost. I will keep all posted on the final results.
