After the death of a family member, I had to decided to sell some antiques and household items that no one in the family wanted or needed. Not having ever used an auctioneer, I turned to the yellow pages and chose Shaffner. They came out to the storage unit to appraise the items, for a small fee they transported the items to the auction house and then they took care of the actual auctioning as well. They sorted the items and sold them at several auctions and after each I received my check in the mail. I felt their fees were very reasonable and I ended getting more for the items than I expected which is always a plus. Would recommend this auction company to all my friends.
