Disagree with previous review. You pay for what you get. Cheap price cheap haircut. City Looks is one of the best experiences I have ever have. The stylist really listened to me and what a shampoo!!!!! that was worth it alone. I have had a few different stylist and each one is great. They listen and ask the best questions to make sure they truly understand. I have never had that experience anywhere else. They really are a cut above!!!!!!
