You would think that after spending well over a $1000.00 in supplies over several years, that the staff and owner would appreciate that. The continued bad attitude and lack of help in the store is something to think about.
While they have a nice selection of supplies, they would perhaps benifit from learning about customer service, and show some sense of interest with customers as they shop. It seems that they are over protective, and not able to answer questions about the products, with out attitude. So I get in, and quickly out of the store as the energy is very negative.
