We took our computer to ALR when it suddenly would not turn on. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our computer was totally fried, and they told us as such. They advised just buying a new one. So we felt that they weren't in it to make a lot of money on us for costly repairs. I would recommend them. They charged $30, but apparently that is the going rate.
