I bought a 2008 KIA Sorento. After 400 miles the cab started leaking and the car quickly filled with standing water (rain). It took a week for the dealership to get my car into the service department and it still wasn‘t fixed correctly. So, I asked the dealership to take the car back and get me into a new one. General manager Rachael Smith said she can see what she can give me as a trade in. I was sick! I then took the car into Dick Hannah HONDA to see if they could help me. The sales associate Jason Carter was not only empathetic he spent the entire afternoon working with the finance manager Joe Carter to get me out of the joke I was stuck with and into a reliable vehicle that I could be proud of owning and paying for... The entire staff at Dick Hannah Honda went above and beyond to help me. Associates Jason Carter and Joe Carter not only relieved me of a tremendous burden they made sure I was thoroughly informed about my choices, satisfied with the transaction, and comfortable with the terms. They put me in a Honda Ridgline; same terms as the KIA. Dick Hannah Honda basically swallowed my loss. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda - ask for Jason or Joe Carter!! more
