If you need gas they will do. Most people use them since their tanks are already from Taylor and it costs $ to change your tank out even though there is another company that is cheaper. The only real problem I had is when I called to cancel my gas since I now only use it for my oven no one told me I was paying a fee to have the bigger tanks just sit in my yard. It was almost a year till I got a call saying they wanted to come out and put a smaller tank in my yard so I would have less of a rental fee. I did not think it was fair they had me paying rent on tanks they knew I was not using.
