Velocity Comics is Richmond’s best comic book source. Conveniently located right off of Belvidere near VCU, this store also features Richmond’s most flexible subscription service. No minimum number of titles to maintain with the ability to cancel a title at any time. Velocity also features the city’s widest variety of independent comics in a family-friendly atmosphere (i.e. no Playboy room). With a large sitting area in the main part of the store, Velocity also serves as host to a number of local events highlighting the Richmond area’s growing pool of artistic talent.
