AWFUL EXPERIENCE 1/9/2009

I had a problem with my order. I called customer service and was hung up on twice, seriously! Was told "when you're wrong, you're wrong" and the keep my child quiet (whom is 15 months old and sick with the flu). I was a potentially large customer working for a public school. I don't recommend this store, the customer services representatives will not give me to a supervisor. more
