AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!
This review is being posted to make sure other buyers in NYC are aware of what a group of half-ass shady employees are representing BMW of Manhattan.
Words cannot describe what a shitty experience I had this dealership on West 57th St. The totally worthless crooked sales rep I dealt with was Jacqueline.
She gave me a quote, had me sign a custom order form, took my credit card for the deposit and shook my hand telling that the purchase is all set. After I left, she called me 20 minutes later and told me her manager did not let her sell the car at that price. This is AFTER I signed all contracts, agreements, etc etc etc. It was a BAIT.
