This man is a highly distinguished, honored, educated and much-awarded Optometrist who has been in the eyecare business for centuries...and he is also probably one of the most inconsiderate and crass individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a professional setting. He screamed at my children for squirming while he examined my eyes; he screamed at me for not following his directions properly and he seemed awfully confused and unsure of what he was doing. I had to visit him on THREE occasions to get the proper lenses (he kept making mistakes) and at the end, I honestly couldn't believe I had endured what I had endured with this man. Unless you enjoy gruff treatment, cramped, dated offices and return visits due to errors, please look elsewhere for eyecare! My son STILL talks about "that mean Eye Doctor" and it's been almost a year!!!! :( His office staff was apologetic and genial, but even they seemed like they had had their fill of Dr. Low.
