In business since December 2005, Chef-Owner Clarence is always on premises.  Born and trained in New Orleans, his food is authentic. Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Crawfish and Etoufee are just a few of the featured items.  They also offer Shrimp, Crabcakes, Catfish, Steaks, Po-Boys (subs), Chicken, Pasta and other traditional Chesapeake favorites.  Definitely worth finding.
