I completely agree! We have also have had six years of perfect payments and they are unwilling to take a credit letter! I would rather have higher rates than to have to drop $400+ all at once! On a somewhat positive note, a supervisor lowered our deposit from $435 to $360. Not great, but better. Ridiculous company!
