I had a wonderful experience with the Verizon Wireless store on Oracle Rd next to Home Depot. I went in to trade in my phone, and having moved here from Phoenix where the reps were always in a bad mood, these guys were great! They did an upgrade on my phone and made me feel very special, which is how all customers like to feel. They also informed me there will be technicians in the store in April, which is very helpful.
