At least here at Sport and Cycle only the bike mechanics are assembling and tuning the quaility bikes they sell. They have both Specailized and Giant, two great value brands... but the Fortuna location has more bike inventory I think, and Mike Lollich (Bike dept. manager) is a great wrench!
