My family has been seeing Dr. Carpenter for 26 years. We have been in alot of Dr. offices, to us there is nothing like Dr. C/PA if there is a problem he or the PA fixes it and he-PA is always in the room until you are finished speaking with either. He/PA acts like there in a hurry but if you have questions they slow down to answer them. Dr. C/PA is a happy, smiling, up front with you and a good people. We love the staff he has, We have not seen a rude person in the office sense we have been going to him/PA.
