Fresh Sushi and Sashimi. Although the wait can be really long, which explains the line out the door at the Irving plaza location. ( there is another location on Houston but I prefer this one) The slices are cut thick and large. Well worth the money since the quantity and quality surpasses most Japanese restaurants. The service can be slow and waiting to get a table can almost make you change your mind about eating there. Once you do get a taste most people get addicted and the wait seems nothing for a piece of Yama.
