I am excited to have a new Mexican restaurant in this area. They built a neat stage for some live music on the weekends (and I think Wednesday night but don't quote me), but I am most excited to have a good place in the middle of Carrollton to get some authentic Mexican food and a frozen margarita. Their chili rellano is their specialty and it is pretty good.
