Baird charges much more than other local repair shops to do basic checks. They missed a leaky water pump which, thankfully was detective soon after when I took my car elsewhere. Sloppy work. They check your car only for the items you request. Not one cent more. Their customer service approach was to act as if they're doing the customer a favor by working on your car!
