I happened upon Tip, Toes and Tans thoroughly by accident. I had gotten a poorly done manicure from Nail Trix at the Inner Harbor, 2 days before. Tips did EXCELLENT WORK! Jennifer,who did my manicure was great-it's my longest lasting mani ever! This will sound weird but I really appreciated that she included me in conversations when the owners and nail techs were speaking in their native tongue. She didn't have to. They really went the extra step to include you. Great place to go. Ask for Jennifer!
