Good: They SEEMED nice enough.. Bad: I was told vet did not drain fluid from my dog's wound. Dog was so swollen his skin was shiny, an hour later we picked him up, there appeared to be NO fluid left and a new pen sized hole in area.. Improvements: I can't prove fluid was drained, and dogs can't talk. But I would hope they would have used an anaesthetic even if not billed. Newly freaked out for weeks, he wouldn't allow us to inspect his wound..
