Good: You can get in to see doctors easier and they will see you for longer and the tier 1 (closed to new clients) will let you see your own doc if you go in the hospital. This is great for elderly parents. Bad: You have to pay a $99 fee to join and then a monthly retainer fee (so for me at 32 it is either $59 or $79 a month depending on the level of service) on top of my insurance..
