My fault for not taking a tour before we dropped off our dog. Instead we took an tour as we dropped off our dog. The place was filthy! I was so sad because I heard so many wonderful things about this place. I decided it would be fine to leave my dog. Well, we picked her up and she had an eye infection in both eyes!! Terrible experience!
