I love the things they carry here. Years ago I was given a ring as a gift from here and looked fondly on the store. Sadly, the employees here can be downright snotty. I stopped by once to see if I could get my watch battery changed. I was shocked at how I was snubbed. The lady behind me actually gasped at how rude the counter girl was. I had on a t-shirt and running shorts (I had been out walking) and the girl treated me like white trash. This is NOT typical for Fairhope. When I asked to see the manager she got angry with me. I have to admit I have not returned since. I have heard other people complain of the rudeness as well recently.
