Victim of Disability Scam. Verbal Agreements; Scare Tactics, High Pressure Sales Tactics. Benjamin Tercero Arroyo (Benny) said our static was too high (0.5 psi) and that our HVAC life will be shortened unless we get a new duct system. He offered us a military, senior and fetch membership discount, but he was rushing us to sign to get the work done the next day. He kept saying, “sign, sign, sign”. After I signed, he called and told someone to add the discounts. Michelle Grigis Teves added the discounts, instead of giving me the discounts, because I signed before any discounts were granted. Don’t use this company at all. I recommend Ambient Edge who came to check on my unit after Fetch-A-Tech caused my HVAC unit to start making bird noises. They said that my contactor was pitted and capacitor was out of range at 27.40 MFD capacitance. Normal capacitance is 30 and you’re allowed to go down to 28. Anything lower indicates failure and the unit will go bad. With Fetch-A-Tech technician Benny, he said my static was 0.5 and normal range is 0.5-1.0. more
