I came in the shop to buy a Bluetooth equipped helmet. I had very little knowledge of Bluetooth helmets, let alone what proper size I needed. I was greeted at the helmet section by DANI and an energetic smile. I could tell right away that she was ready to help.
.I told her what I was looking for. The first thing she suggested was to find a fit in the style I was looking for. She explained to me proper fit and feeling. Once we determined the fit,she went to the back to find the helmet(s) that I might like.They didn't have my size in the samples she brought but I got a better idea if what her inventory and choices were that day.I apologized for not liking the choices she brought out but she was very professional and understanding. DANI stated that she would go back and look more.The 2nd time she came out,she had a model that I really liked but didn't have my size.Carrying multiple boxes with each trip,she went back to the storeroom to check if she could find my size in the helmet that I chose. Sometime later she came back with not so good news but she wanted to check one more time. About 5 minutes later she came back with one single box. She found it! I tried it on and it was perfect .Before I made a decision whether to buy, she informed me that the helmet was a discontinued model .I was immediately impressed with her honesty .We talked about the helmet in detail and I chose to buy.
Once I bought the helmet I asked if she would help me sink my new helmet with my cell phone. She didn't hesitate! A few minutes later I was set and ready to ride!
My experience that day was outstanding. DANI is a true asset to Timms Harley-Davidson. Her greeting me with a smile,her unwavering diligence to find exactly what I was looking for,her willingness to help set up my cell phone to the helmet and her honesty about what I was about to buy is customer service we just don't find much anymore.
Because of DANI, I will continue to shop Timms and most definitely tell my fellow riders about her and my experience.
