I recently subscribed to the Maintenance Plan with Aero for the Furnace and the Air Conditioner. With this plan, there is a free Service Tune-up for both systems which includes the labor. I received an invoice the Service Labor associated with the Tune-up of the furnace. I immediately called Aero and spoke with Kim. She agreed with me that the labor should not have been charged, but she said that she would dig into it and let me know the resolution. She impressed me with her understanding of the situation and her promptness in responding. The labor was indeed incorrectly invoiced and Kim resolved the invoice to both of our satisfaction.
