Refused to cash a STATE ISSUED check. This is one with the unhappy looking lady with black tied back hair. Verified my identity, did a credit check, then followed to proceed to tell me they cannot verify my STATE CHECK. Literally telling me that they need to check the balance of the account. Check the balance of the STATE OF OREGON? Seriously, they will treat you like second class, make you fill everything out in paper form, then turn you down(WITH A VALID DL AND SOCIAL SECURITY IN HAND!) Never going here again because of this unhappy person that helped me. She was on the phone the whole time while helping me, and proceeded to ask her fellow employee about every single thing I asked her. My 2 daughters sitting in the car while my AC isnt working made it worse, as I knew she could have easily cashed my damn check. Screw this place, don't waste your time.
