The BBB is a PRIVATELY held franchose company. Their business model is pay to play. IF you pay them the "accredidation" fee they wil lremove bad reviews/complaints. Peoplethink the BBB is agovernemnt agency - it's not - that is the scam that is the BBB. They are as crooked as they come. The funy part is they literally do nothing. They are nothing more than a business directory...and a bad one at that. The funnier part is competitors of companies write bad reviews and the BBB allows it
