As my son's CIVIC lease was coming to an end, I visited Stevens Creek Honda. The agent I spoke with at that time, Phil Ha, was very kind and took care of everything. While my son was leasing another car, I asked if I should trade in my Highland and buy a CR-V hybrid, and they handled everything very kindly, from setting the trade-in price to signing the final contract. That day, my son leased an Accord Hybrid and my wife and I purchased a CR-V Hybrid.
