During the recent heat wave our A/C quit. We anticipated a long, sweltering wait for service, but Nick was there the very next morning, diagnosing the problem and restoring service. He gave us his personal contact information for a prompt response in case of setbacks. Further, he provided instruction over the phone for a work around to keep the system going until the problem was definitively solved, which it was on his follow up visit the next day. Great job and superb interaction with grateful customers.
