Dina 1st comment to me was, " The courts normally listen to me and I don't believe in 50/50 custody." Problem w/this statement is it encourages a negative him vs her custody battle, because the kids are now leverage for monetary gains (child support). This is exactly what happened as Dina from the beginning let me know she was closer with my child's mother lawyer than my lawyer. I provided her evidence showing mom beating the kids (on video) and cursing at them, to which Dina's reply was you set her up. I regress as I can provide more details to my case specifically if asked, however this post is to highlight how Dina perpetuates a negative relationship between parents because that EQUAL MORE MONEY FOR HER if the parents fight. Studies have shown that when child support is not a factor and both parents start at 50/50 custody there is less animosity and strife. Here's an excerpt from one study:

The problem is Dina's business model would suffer if she did start off with 50/50 custody. As many other of her reviews have shown her primary interest is NOT THE KIDS, its MONEY!!! My son told me that she tried to put words in his mouth even though he told her twice that his preference is to live with me. Fast-forward and my son has had several instances of mom fighting and cursing at him in the front yard (very similar to the videos I provided showing Dina the same behavior). During mediation the mediator and both lawyers questioned Dina's report logic. Dina was late on her report (8 mos); the courts had to suspense her. She called me 6p on a Sunday, 1st chastise me for being on the phone with my son too long then attempted to argue with me , I simply told Dina I will not argue with her and God has the final say (& he DID)
