Poor customer service 3/29/2022

My husband has insured his auto/home with this company for 20 years. We filed our FIRST claim this year. Took a week to inspect a water damage claim, and we were denied ANY coverage on a technicality. Our inspector made it clear that he had spoken to our agent, Tom Berger, before the inspection and we wouldn't be covered. Inspection appeared to simply be a formality. Upon review, State Farm is known to deny claims and is the 4th worst company regarding this issue in the US. They appear to spend more money on their advertising than taking care of their customers. I DO NOT recommend this company and this location in particular. They're great at taking your money, not so great when needed. more
