Tim Hatfield was efficient & very thorough in his explanation of what the replacement system would entail and cost. He explained each aspect clearly and showed us the range of Trane units available. He carefully took measurements and located the vents and returns. He arrived on time and was very professional in his contract explanation. This was definitely a 5-Star service.
