4 days after I purchased my tires I had a blow out on a road trip, bummer. I was not too stressed because I bought the Free Replacement Road Hazard Waranty. What I was not ready for was to purchase another warranty on the replacement tire $21.76 but ok. They then charged me to mount & balance the replacement tire $15, then $4.99 for the lug nut I stripped & $6.00 for tire disposal. I asked the owner if he could work with me on any of the charges (my Big O in CO would). He wouldn't budge, he wouldn't even waive the $6.00 tire disposal fee. Wow
