I will try to write a very fair assessment of my husband’s stay here. Never having experienced a catastrophic injury before, we had no idea what lay ahead of us. And honest overview would be, all of my husband’s needs were attended to as far as we are aware. The nursing staff, janitorial staff, RT and Rehab staff were always ready to assist. My husband came to this facility with specific needs and this facility specializes in these specific needs. I feel that his progress was facilitated and his goals were met. I believe that all of the staff cared about my well-being as well and they were considerate of my requests and concerns. We, as well as our family, are grateful for his progress and we know it is due to the excellent care he received here. We want to give particular thanks to several people who we think went above expectations: In the nursing staff - Sue, Zandra, and Phyllis; in RT - Sherry, Eric, and Becky; In OT - Katie. And Trisha, we always felt she was an advocate for us. Many times she reached out not only helped to make an anxiety-filled situation calmer, but resolved any concerns. Each of these individuals showed the extra concern needed to put our minds to rest. Thank you.
