Had somebody from Fixit to do a furnace cleaning for $39.95. They did that then told us we needed to replace the electric motor which because it was leaking oil. I know electric motors do not have oil in them. He said it would cost around $600-$700 to replace. I said no I will call Service Pro Luis S. from Homesmart from Xcel Energy to check it out. He did and said everything was fine. Would high recommend Homesmart from Xcel Energy and Luis for your repairs.
