Came to our house to fix a commercial ice machine. Spent about 45 minutes on site and told us the control board is bad. The technician said it would cost $1800.00 to fix it just buy another ice machine. He then sat in his truck and sent his wife in to collect the $100.00 for the useless service call. Never seen anything like it. I downloaded a technicians manual and fixed it my self. I didn't even need and parts, the relay for the water pump was a bit sticky and I tapped it a few times with a screwdriver to free it up. The machine works fine and making ice everyday. The technicians manual was free. I would never recommend this company.
