I feel as though I received good care during my stay. The nursing staff, as well as, the rehabilitation staff has been attentive and very respondent. However, the front desk staff may need some additional training on attitude and being personable. Jodi was extremely helpful. She really took time with me and was great explaining things so that I was able to understand. I was very pleased.
