While all the staff have been great to me, there is a CNA named Ruben who works overnight and he is super helpful to me. Everything he does in a gentle and precise manner. He demonstrates a lot of compassion and obviously cares a lot for those he takes care of. Always asking, “what else can I do for you?” People like this encourage and help me get better and feel better about being in a hospital. There are times at night when I felt along and Ruben would lift my spirits with his words and positive attitude. He does what is necessary to motivate patients with passion. Thank you to great staff members like Ruben.
