Magnolia sent out 1 plumber and 1 assistant within 1 hour of calling in an emergency. This is during the Covid 19 pandemic and others were barely answering their phones. Anil and his assistant showed up wearing protective gear, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair while dealing with my bad attitude building manager. At all times they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They followed up with the sink replacement the next day, including kindly consulting me while they made the trip to the supply store so I would not have to. You get what you pay for with these guys!
