Sears Clean Houston came out to clean my air ducts in my home. My Technicians were Edgar G., Lorenzo and Dwayne, I was pleased that they were all very professional from the time the knocked on my front door up until the time they left my home. I felt safe to invite them into my home, they all introduced themselves at my front door and showed me the order that I requested to have my air ducts cleaned. The customer services they provided was very professional and excellent. They explained to me the process of the service and once they assessed my air system they showed me photos and explained how this was going to be cleaned.
I am very pleased with the service that these three technicians provided and my home actually feels alot better now that the air ducts have been cleaned, I also decided to have the coils cleaned once Edgar G. showed me the caked up mess that were in the coils.
I am a very satisfied customer and will use Sears again if i ever need any other service to my home.
