Mr. Kendrick was on time, called ahead to tell of us his arrival. He and his assistant were efficient in cleaning our air ducts, informed us appropriately about our problem with mildew without any coersion as to our decisions. He was professional, quick and he cleaned up however necessary he needed to do.His helper was studious,and worked very well with Kendrick. I recommend Sears Services and Mr. Kendrick's work.
