I purchased a fob that did not work. I contacted the company. Their solution was for me to send the defective one back, they would send me another and I would bring back to locksmith, hoping that this second refurbished fob would work.
The locksmith replaced the defective fob and changed me a $10 fee. I communicated this to the company but got the answer "oh well". I asked for a $10 reimbursement which would be less than shipping and handling, but I was told that they could not.
