Purchased several vehicles from this dealership , then when it came time to service them , it was like bringing your vehicle to a Toy Repair Shop. Actually probably could have received better service from an Alley Mechanic ! The service writer did kept saying " We cannot duplicate the problem " Next time make it easy and just record a message "" Cannot Duplicate "D" Problem "" It would b faster ... Do not waste your time. They will take your money and then not service the vehicle correctly . This dealership should not even have a license at this point .A dealership like this makes a bad name for Jeep , Dodge etc.
