This is my daughter's 9th year going to skagit discovery. I've seen alot of change in the last 4 year's or more. There on they're fourth administrator since my daughter has been going there they also have been through more staff then I can count. There is only one teacher there that is structured, and that can control the children and even shows a caring of interest in the children, and there families. The kids run out of the school, and the staff half to chase them off campus. I thought this was a behavioral school if my daughter wasn't A Concrete student she definitely wouldn't be going to skagit discovery. But concrete school district don't have a better placement for her. Because the special education director for Concrete School District would rather see kids fall then rise.
