Luis S., Service Pro with HomeSmart, did a superb job; he thoroughly addressed all of my issues. Fall is coming; cold weather is coming. The property owner is a 90-year-old woman; I, her son, worked with Luis S. at HomeSmart; he made me fell secure; it would be a catastrophe if the furnace failed. I hope Luis S. comes back to our home if we ever need service on the furnace again.
