Visited on a mid-weeknight with wife, I ordered Penne Amaro in Vodka sauce, The sauce was red and tasteless nothing like what vodka sauce should be which is creamy and pink. My wife had Linguine fra Diavolo which should be nice and spicy which it wasn't. She said it tasted like plain tomato sauce. I guess the chef had an off night.
